• Negotiates, drafts and manages a variety of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition and construction of a corporate headquarters ($56,000,000), the sale of a publicly-held business headquarters ($21,500,000), the purchase of a golf facility ($6,000,000), the purchase/lease of a publicly-held business headquarters ($2,850,000), leases and construction contracts.
