• Represented major out-of-state title insurer on Illinois title underwriting issues.

• Speaker at real estate forum for national lending institution and contributor on ADA and building code issues for a National Building Code Association.

• Represented four major Illinois Lending Institutions in preparation of loan documentation and commercial loan closings.

• Represented billion-dollar international waste management company in $20,000,000.00 sale of Illinois Corporate Headquarters.

• Handled shopping center sale/development transactions totaling more than $10,000,000.00.

• Structured and completed numerous 1031 exchanges of real estate including complex multi-million dollar reverse exchange involving “parking relinquished properties”.

• Obtained real estate tax exemption status for religious, governmental and other not-for-profit organizations.

• Handled Golf Course acquisition for municipal Park District client.

• Handled not-for-profit acquisition of donated land from the City of Chicago.

• Plan Commission Member for the City of St. Charles from 1995-1998.

• Involved in development, annexation and planning and zoning process for the development of more than 2,500 homesites and over 300 acres of commercial/retail development.

• Participated in revision process of Comprehensive Zoning/Development Plan for the City of St. Charles.

• Handled planning & development and zoning issues with numerous municipalities representing developers and affected property owners.

• Currently represent residential builder on land acquisition, development and sales matters.

• Experience in Illinois Environmental Site Remediation Program with IEPA concerning industrial and multi-family housing developments.

• Handled siting and development of a Private School in Chicago Suburb.

• Managed complex Federal commercial foreclosure litigation for Private Lender.
